Reddit user “ heyyoudvd ” , or Dave B as he call himself on Medium , has written aninteresting postabout how he emailed Apple CEO Tim Cook – and got a reception .
Dave B has been writing critical articles and commentary about Apple Music for years , include several democratic articles onMedium , and the electronic mail he transport to Tim Cook was a long sum-up of all his unfavorable judgment of the app .
In short , he argue that Music was adjudicate to be a middle primer coat between an app for users who want to direct , hunt and filter big music libraries , and an app for those who need to get smart recommendations based on what they like – but fails . The app is neither as good at the former as iTunes , nor as safe at the latter as Spotify .
To his surprise , Dave B get an email from one of Tim Cook ’s assistants who wanted to arrange a call about the email and his criticism .
