Apple ’s latest attempt to defuse criticism of the App Store has fail .
Just before Christmas , the Dutch competition dominance ACM publisheda judgmentordering Apple to “ adjust unreasonable condition ” and afford the App Store to alternative defrayal systems in the dating class .
